"It's definitely pirates" quest will not end.

Hi all

I've reached the Sastasha (hard) duty, via the 'Its definitely pirates' quest. I sign up, play it, complete it, but the quest will not advance. I've tried going via the quest screen, by going to the location on the map and to the duty finder via that, and run through it multiple times. It just won't advance the quest. I've done all the other hard dungeons and they've worked fine. Help :)

Frequency: Every time
World name: Louisoix
Character name: Jon Arko
Class/Level: Bard/60
Party or solo: Party

Steps:
1. Start quest via the duty finder
2. Complete quest
3. Quest thinks I haven't done i

Not included system specs, not related.

Yes. I have since abandoned the quest, started from the beginning, redone Sastasha (Hard) for a third time, but the quest still won't advance :(
