Are FCs/Statics cross realm?

Hello,

If i'm in Crystal and on Diabolos can I join a FC or a Static on Balmung for example?
What is the best way to find FCs? Discord?

Free Companies are tied to worlds. You can find one on discord, reddit, by doing a /shout in Limsa Lominsa or at https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...munity_finder/

Statics usually use discord so they can be cross-world and they can also use cross-world linkshells. You can find these the same way as free companies on discord, reddit or in the community finder. You can also try recruiting in party finder and say you are looking for a static. Sometimes free companies form partial statics but many are cross-world too.
