Game keeps crashing when taking "A Difference in Opinions" MSQ

My girlfriend's game keeps crashing whenever she talks to Alphinaud for the level 57 MSQ "A Difference in Opinions". The game will accept the quest, and when the cutscene loads the game crashes. We found out that she's also able to take the quest as a level 30 MCN for some odd reason and the same thing happens. She's tried taking the quest as a level 67 and level 66 which still leads to the game crashing.

For what it's worth, as long as you have 1 job that's above the minimum level required for a quest, then it will let you accept it on any of the combat classes no matter what their level. You just can't hand it in until you're on a job that's an eligible level, so your girlfriend being able to accept "A Difference of Opinion" as a level 30 MCH is perfectly normal. Her other job levels are irrelevant for the game crashing.



On the note of the crashing, that's usually hardware related...but you didn't add the rest of the info requested in the template so nobody can confirm that. What platform are you on? Double-check to make sure all the drivers on her computer are up to date!
