(Solved) Gathering levequest nodes not appearing?

Ok, I have all my tracking powers on, I am the level of the levequest I'm attempting (Spiritual Ventures), my gear is... highly relevant, and I'm in the green circle. Why are there no nodes to "commence logging?" I haven't done this in a minute but I don't recall there being any unintuitive steps beyond this. It's hard to google this so I'm asking here.

Just happened for a second Leve too (Culinary Concepts.) There's definitely something I'm doing wrong and it's not at all intuitive. Help?
