Inventory out weirded itself with Nier coins

Last week on Reshiram Pokemon, I did my three Neir clears for my coins and augmented her body piece. During The Tower at Paradigm's Breach, I learned that the restrictions on gear has been lifted.

Later in the week, Puppet's Bunker and The Tower at Paradigm's Breach came up in alliance raids roulettes. Was not too thrilled as I already got the three coins. However, I thought maybe I could get extra coins as well if the one restriction was lifted. So, I checked my inventory both days after a Neir raid came up in roulettes and I was NOT given another coin.

However, I did The Copied Factory today and found that I had both a Puppet's Coin and a Breach Coin already in my inventory. Which is weird as I DID NOT have those on Saturday and Sunday and I have not done Neir raids until today since Sunday and I did not have either coin on Sunday.

So why did the two coins just show up in my inventory if I have NOT done any Neir raids since reset day and they were not there before reset day?

I think it has something to do with Saturday and Sunday's roulettes but then why was I not given the coins then?


Can somebody explain this phenomenon?
