Character level skip item without story skip

I would love an item in the online store like the Tales of Adventure, that level skip a character, without the story skip, but with the gear and gil.
If the Tales items didn't complete the job quests, I would have bought them a long time ago.

I would like to level up my DPS to Max Lvl -10 without skipping all the Job quests. I want to play through the job quests to experience the story and learn the job without having to waste so many hours waiting to get into a dungeon.

We already have the deceptively-named New Game Plus mode for replaying quests already marked completed. Job quests are included.

I was under the impression that Job quests were not included in that.
