Item code invalid - Endwalker

Hello everyone,

I have a big problem with the pre-order of Endwalker.
I had made a pre-order on August 13th, so I was able to get the bonus by activating the key.
This morning, when I wanted to make the payment in advance instead of waiting until November, I could not do it (error 500) either with paypal or with my card. Big bug of the store too because, the pre-order did not even appear on my order page.

So I chose to make a new pre-order, this time I payed directly and then everything was ok. The order appeared on the page of my orders and I received a confirmation email.
But when I tried to put the code in the mog station, it gave me an error message because I already had an active pre-order since I already activated the one I couldn't buy.

Is it possible to delete the first pre-order that was never validated on the Square Enix store and replace it with the new one?
