Vocaloid/hatsune miku collab

It happened in other mmos before , like pso2 so why it can't happen in ffxiv?
It would be really nice if we got cosmetics like miku's outfit and maybe long twintails , but i will be happy with anything as long as we get a collaboration.

Well for one, the devs said when they want to do a colab event it has to fit into the game and it takes like a year to plan.
On top of that it's deal has to be made.

yokai totally fits ....
but i'm clearly on the side of no thanks no more boring collab who doesn't fit the game anyway (i'd rather have dev think about special events or only SE games/manga/show/whatever)

That would be a great idea! I would love to have her skirt and top for my glamour collection. They could even make an orchestration roll featuring her on it!

It doesnt but iirc the producer or something is friends with Yoshida or something along that line.

But nontheless I rather have meaningful colabs.

I'd rather have a crossover event that wasn't focused on feminine aesthetics/female characters - especially with the sharp increase in the number of people arriving to the game who are picking male characters to play as.
