Mentor roulette duo!

Mentor roulette should be finally playable as a group of 2.

It´s just sad that i still can´t play it together with my better half or a friend, seriously.

You can play with your better half, just not that roulette.
It's designed to plop you into anything newbies might need help with, and you know there's 7 people waiting for that Ramuh Ex to fill and moment now.
But jokes aside, to help the most amount of people you need to be the least amount of space. Hence solo only.

I know the issue behind it, but it shouldn´t be THAT issue.

In a lot of content you´ll get matched with 1 or 2 mentors (or even experienced players) anyway. Going in as 2 of 8 (dungeons excluded) shouldn´t be that bad thing, it helps those mighty casuals / newcomers even more. I bet that way more ppl would do the mentor roulette if they could atleast enjoy it together with 1 friend as it´s overall much more enjoyable with the random savage content than running some boring dungeons or the current raid content x times.

It´s finally time to try this option atleast.

Yeah, 2 people would still allow you to be plopped into anything. And it's not like we have a shortage of loners going for the queue alone, so I agree that maybe Dual Mentors would be very nice.

Hell, imagine how hard can you carry if you can bring both a Tank and a Healer into the Mentor Roulette!
