Unable to download patch files

Hello! I have been having an on and off going issue for quite a while since Stormblood with launching the game as I get this message when trying to launch

Unable to launch FFXIV updater [11035][30425][30416]

And

FFXIV Unable To Complete Version Check

I have done all the recommend fixes like disabling my antivirus, clearing all history and cache files from windows and internet explorer browsers. Also edited the FFXIV BOOT file. I launch the game through Steam. Ive done a clean uninstall and reinstalled many times.

I see that no admins are replying to our threads about this issue and Id like to see someone help us out here please! Thank you!

I have also restarted my router and hooked in my ethernet cable! Lol
