Mt Gulg Out of bounds/map bug

Just doing a dungeon run (trying to get the trust to lvl 80) and I encountered this bug out of nowhere. I was just going up the stairs in the final area of Mt Gulg, I have no idea how I stumbled into it.

I did use /return to get out, but yeah just thought I'd post it here.
