Suggestion - Mouse Right click

This probably has been bring up multiple times but would like to say it again.
It would be really amazing if could add options for Mouse Right click Legacy Type settings to Disable auttoattack and targeting. Many players including myself use Right mouse button to navigate camera and sometimes happens by accident switch target or worse by accident auto attack enemy and ''Ninja'' pull it.

I know that camera can be controled with Left Mouse but brains just ignore it and prefer Right click.
