Area and coordinates: Yanxia, not sure of exact co-ords. Last time it happend was when I ported from by Nami to The house of the Fierce to get a rare mineral deposit

1. Seems to randomly drop while collecting
2. Not sure if it randomly dropped while gathering or dropped when I ported to The house of the Fierce

It dropped again when moving from one node to the next.

X:32.9 Y:23.7 Z:0.9 is where I noticed it had dropped. This is the second node in that area so I'm not sure of the exact co-ords of the first. Around 12:10 game time.

The buff goes away either once its time runs out or you gain a certain amount of XP, I suspect what's happening here is the latter. I was also very confused back when I was grinding gatherers in Diadem!

It dropped again in the middle of gathering.

That makes sense. You would think it would put it in the log if that was the case though :(

I think it's stated somewhere, but clearly nowhere obvious if at least two of us thought it was bugged lol
