New crafting recipes (high end)

So i know that the flawless ingredients need to be HQ'ed for the final version of the gear. My question is whether or not you need to HQ the final product to get the regular weapon or whether there can be a +1 version of say an item like the Avengers if you use HQ mats and are successful. Anybody play around with it yet or is it even possible for a +1 version? Would make getting the mats a helluva lot easier if all the mats for the final version dont need to be HQ, but I know they said it would be challenging so I'm curious.

avengers +1 would be possible and some one would try and sell them for 100m
