Hello,
I am trying to install FFXIV on my laptop and every time I log into the client and it begins installing FFXIV, it crashes and a blue screen pops up stating " Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info and then we'll restart it for you". Is there a way to fix this issue so I can install and play FFXIV? Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you so much!
