I know notices are posted whenever events start/end, but would it be possible to have an ingame calendar that you can use to view when events start and end as well?

I know notices are posted whenever events start/end, but would it be possible to have an ingame calendar that you can use to view when events start and end as well?
That with a way for FC to include FC-event in said calendar
