Modernize the Recruit a Friend page

Today you are brought to a page that gives you a recruitment code up front (which is helpful) and two links. The links provided are for "mailto:" so that you can open a mail client or via line a service that I didn't know existed until I started writing this post.

I would like to propose the addition of a clipboard button/link, that simply puts the body text directly into the clipboard.

Additionally I may not want to send a wall of text to the person but rather they just want a link so they can get started. Having a simple link would be helpful as well.

It is possible to copy out the elements out of the mailto link, but most lay people won't know how to do that and won't care enough about this line thing to sign up for it.
