This is the New Player Help Forum, so generally people here only post in response to questions from newbies. If you are looking for something more broad and active try General Discussion or the Job or Lore sub forums.
General Discussion is where most discussion happens, but if you ask new player questions here it will get answered. It's better here where it's quiet, because your post won't get pushed to the bottom in less than a day.
