Suggestion: Notification of new titles

Had a thought the other day regarding achievements which grant you new titles.

When you attain an achievement and it grants a title, it could be accompanied by a message in the chat window along the lines of:
"You have gained a new title: '<example title>'.

Most of the time, I'm not aware that I had obtained a new title until I look at the list sometime later. This would do wonders to make people aware.

You could easily just click on the achievement as it pops up in the chat log and see it in the achievements menu. Or just go straight there and see the most recent ones. Just look every time you get one to see if there's a reward.
