Interior Lighting Timers?

What would it cost us to get an option to have our interior lights automatically turn on/off as the game transitions from day to night (6AM & 6PM ET)? I love how any windows we add currently let sunlight in during the day and darken at night. I'd love to have the lighting change in tandem with this phenomenon on its own.

How difficult is this sort of feature to implement?

Shouldnt be that difficult, since my garden lights are already on a timer like that.

I'm not against having it added as an option but I doubt it would result in the effect that you want you seem to want. "Natural" lighting doesn't exist in the housing interiors and the effect of lighting from the imitation windows doesn't extend that far from the windows.
