Add FC Achievements!

Hold up a second before lynching me.

What I want to suggest is FC specific achievements that only affect your current FC, such as changing the colour of your FC tag e.g. "beat ifrit on any difficulty 100 times with member(s) of your free company" to unlock the ifrit red FC tag colour.

This would also be a nice way to organise events with your FC that have more than one benefit, "clear omega sigmascape(savage) with members of your free company" to unlock the Airforce sigil for your FC crest.

My other suggestion is adding an event room, similar to the FC workshop, i've been in so many FC event rooms built by players that are great but wouldn't it be nice to have a specific room for events and still have all of your house floors free to decorate? :D

Some MMO games I've played that had Guilds and other things that served essentially the same purpose as an FC here had something like a trophy room in their Guild hall or meeting place that would display things the guild accomplished. This would be an interesting thing here. Though I think the only way it could be implemented would be as an entry on the door in the FC house that leads to the crafting room and private chambers. I can't really think of a worthwhile way otherwise that doesn't make it seem like a penalty to an FC if they do not have a large plot with a mansion.

Honestly i don't like FCs or Guilds anywhere...i like to play with Squads and Trust only.
However, FCs are popular and useful. Many would like it if Square works hard to provide a decent reward.
I still have some doubts because it's been a long time since they updated that guy who gives us some rewards based on achievements certificates. (Gridania)

Yes! That is what I meant by like the FC Workshop.

I just feel like there is so much that could be done for FCs but I really like the idea of achievements because they aren't dependant on you having a house which is one of the biggest issues at the moment for new and even existing FCs.

Yeah, just add on an instanced area like they did for FC workshops, Squad barracks. Surely it can be done, even with an apartment. It would be super cool to see statues kind of like we did for Ishgard Restoration, where everyone came together and the top crafter class gets a permanent fixture there.

Would like to see a point system measuring contributions. Points can be acquired by running content with members, exchanging gear for seals at the GC etc. Anything that contributes to the FC. Would help to see who may deserve recognition, and considerations for promotions

I would like more objectives for FCs to work together for.

I feel like an FC is a lot of making your own fun, so something like this would be very appreciated.
