The local leve for Weaver from Limsa Lominsa is incorrect.
The description says its a Level50 leve and you make Felt Bliauds x5.
This is in fact not the case as when you do the synth you make the "dated velveteen tabard (red)" instead.
Also I was able to pick this leve up as level 36 weaver.

The text in question is called up via macros, so even though it appears so, it is not actually a localization bug.
Thank you, however, for the report. I'll send it along to the guildleve team and have them address the issue ASAP.
