Dx11 Crash
Hello, I'm just here to post that I, like what appears to be many, many others, am experiencing Dx11 crashes.
3950x
2080ti
32GB 3600mhz
m.2
My GPU and CPU are both on custom water with 720mm rad. Max GPU temps are 45c, and max CPU temps at stock are 60c.
The dx11 crashes have only been happening for about a month now.
I've tried reverting to 4 different previous nvidia drivers. I have tried running my parts at stock clocks. I've reinstalled the game twice. I've tried installing the game on a secondary SSD. I've tried running the game with the default nvidia control panel options selected. I've read every forum post within the past month on the forums and tried any suggestions they have listed.
It's increasingly obvious that this is a problem with some recent update to the game, as I've reverted to older drivers from when the crashes did not occur and it still crashes. If anybody has the magic fae dust that fixes this, hit me with it, otherwise, this is just a corroborating post to motivate the team to fix this widespread issue.
I'd say see you in Eorzea, if I could stay logged in for more than an hour.

I am convinced its not on my end either. I have done a few things to try and rectify this issue.
1. Driver roll backs - didn't fix it
2. Clean install of windows - didnt fix it
3. Update bios and made sure XMP, CPU, and GPU settings were stock - this worked for 1 week 0 crashes but today they resume
4. Tried game on laptop with completely different hardware - still direct x crashes
Love the game I really do but this error has convinced me after my time is up I will be moving on.

Same, unable to complete a dungeon due to the game just closing down, its a main story quest, was enjoying the game honestly, but this isnt good.

Same problem, using windows 10, not running any other program besides steam and Nividia. I only have 1 character. If idle game is fine. I get the crashes loading into the game and usualy if i enter high traffic zones. Or when i do actions i havnt performed. Like if i enter housing areas usually always get a crash after a short time. I also get random crashes. I have updated my drivers, reinstalled the game 2 times now, turned all my graphic settings to low. I will try direct x9 but i DO NOT have this issue with any other game (World of warcraft/ ARK/Lord of the rings/ and a few other various games and i run them at max setting) I will try direct X9 boot but this error makes this game unplayable. **did direct X9 boot still crashed......if this isnt fixed soon im just gonna move onto another game. lame i wasted a bunch of money on entertainment not to be frustrated. -----!! currently also dealing with the issue, on another thread, this is a known complaint, but due to people not responding to moderators many threads get closed and assumed fixed

I've been dealing with this since 2 months ago update, until then everything went perfect. I've tried EVERY "solution" and still the game crashes my graphic driver. New, old, epic old, doesn't matter. Sometimes it doesn't crash the driver, sometimes the game just crashes itself.
I'm 100% convinced this isn't a problem on user's side.
