I just want to play…..
Is that to much to ask. I do t read Japanese so I am nit sure what error I’m getting when I try to pay for a sub.
When I try to submit a ticket via email, I’m told the email I’m providing doesn’t match my account. I gave up and copy pasted directly from my account…. No good.
So I can’t pay to play…..
Any help on this? I’m on a Mac so that might be the issue. I did by the game for Mac and used my 30 days included. Is that it, delete and buy the game again and again?
I live in rural Alaska and the trip into town is 3 hours one way. Not even sure where to get game Time in AK…..
I’ve spent hours trying to resolve this. At this point I just wanted to play the game…. It’s fun, but a waste of time and not worth this level of frustration.

Assume you have a mogstation account, which has an email tied to it. Can you sign in there? Can you still receive email sent to that address?

I was talking with somebody who somehow accidently ended up with two emails associated to the same account, took a few weeks to get sorted out.

Yes, have the account, checked all my info. Cannot create a ticket because the only email associated with SE isn’t being accepted for a ticket.
I did figure out the crysta system. I have to buy an Amazon gift card, use it to load pay pall, use pay pall to buy crysta, then use crysta to buy game time. Oddly the same card and email was accepted to buy the game, a mount, and preorder the xpac, I just can’t get the email and CC to set up a sub. No matter, I’ll just continue using Amazon, PayPal, and then buy game time that way. It’s convoluted but it’s my only option.
I put in a ticket in game but they want me to put in a ticket via the website. I tried explaining that that option doesn’t work, but it’s the only way to resolve the issue. So tne only method to resolve said issue is to use none SE services. t

What happens if you report the issue, that the website isn't working for you?

If youre buying an amazon gift card to take a 4 step process to turn that into game time, you might just want to buy a gametime card off amazon instead to save steps? It isnt quite as flexible, but it is a fairly easy alternative.

The issue with SE is that when you submit a tickets, the first few responses make no sense because I think they are boilerplate automatically assigned. AND generally will have nothing to do with your issue. I keep replying to the email and after 2-3 rounds you eventually make it to a human being. I remember years ago they refused to take my own domains email, only if I used a gmail address could I get the first confirm mail back. Went through 3-4 back and forths to get them to change it to what I wanted (tried on the server, but it kept refusing because I never got the validation mail back).
