Ixion Items not dropping off fate. Wasted 10 days of holiday for this.

Steps:
Didn't recieve any Ixion horns for mount after achieving Gold. Second time this has now happened and wasted a whole 10 days trying to farm this mount even booked holiday off to farm this mount. Went to fate made a group killed the boss achieved gold and didn't get any of the items related to the fate even though I got the achievement. I am rather annoyed at the fact my holiday atm feels completely wasted. Direct ticket told me to make a post here...
