EU latency problems?

So I am a NA player on the EU usually my latency is never bad but after the attack yesterday and logging in this morning. I seem to have some higher latency then I usually do. Some of my skills seem to be unresponsive or delayed and that never really happens.

Was wondering if anyone else is noticing anything strange

I'm not on an EU server but I will leave a comment so someone on the EU will hopefully see this.

I haven't noticed anything bad after the attack was over and servers was restored.
