Better Visual indicators for NM WS's Please (mobs to if possible)

One thing I've always had a problem with is that you need to check the log to see what weaponskill a mob is powering up for. I know there are these very slight visual indicators at times, but it doesn't seem like enough.

Not trying to harp on you here, but I'm sick of having to check the log every time an NM goes to weaponskill, whether I'm the tank or not. I also think the fact you have to do this might be very discouraging to newer players, players new to a fight trying to learn it, and new tanks.

I'll use Ifrit as an example of what I mean by visual indicator.
(I dont' read the log for this fight, I'm too lazy. I just feel it out.)

He's a big dude, it's very hard to see what he's doing. If we knew what skills he used quicker, it would make it easier for say melee DD in close range to dodge some of the attacks. Even tanks could dodge incinerate. Could only need one WHM.

Eruptions and Plumes are very similar to each other in appearance. Incinerate and Vulcan burst are to each other as well.

Below is what I mean by visual indicators.

Vulcan Burst:
He spreads his arms and legs and charges for a pretty long time.
I thought maybe you could see the fire energy physically being drawn toward him (something similar to, and I use this loosely, him charging a spell.)

Incinerate:
See him suck in visibly noticeable wind (or fire) from the front, before he exhales.

Eruptions:
Have him raise his Arm at a decent pace and Smack the ground at a quicker pace, shooting out some rocks and a little lava quickly when it hits (to keep it visually different from Plumes). Have it times so a second or so later the cracks hiss then blam.

Plumes:
Have him smack his hand to the ground and show him pump fire through his arm into the ground or some such nonsense.

Visual differences.

I don't mean noob the fights out, but something like this might make it easier for more people to catch on to what's going on quicker. (speed the cast times up to make it more difficult if you need to.)

I know I can't be the only one that is horribly annoyed at the fact I have to read my log throughout big fights.
I wanna just focus on what I'm doing and while I glance over to notice he's using a weaponskill, know which it is without having to scan my log as well.
(Plus I'd really like to use that window for like party chat or something. lol. or just get rid of it all together. It's taking up my screen yo.)
