I purchased the FINAL FANTASY® XIV ONLINE COMPLETE EDITION. When I login I don't have access to the expansions. When I go to create a character the Hrothgar and Viera races are greyed out. I only have the 1 account so I don't think it was registered to the wrong account. When I login to my orders it's showing up there. Any ideas on how to resolve?
hmm ok it's fixed. I had to log into my account and re-enter the registration code there. I had entered it in the installer which worked for my wife, but for some reason I had to go into my account page for my copy of the game. Try that for anyone else having this problem. Thanks for looking!
