Were you hacked, or did you follow a "300 million gil giveaway/Sign this so Squarenix doesn't change this" link?
I click on nothing i just do a dungeon my connection have crashed and when i look who connected to my account i see an autrichian adress. And Square block my account by security.
If you are able to get your account back I strongly recommend the following:
1) Run a malware/virus checker before doing anything else in case you have a trojan installed on your PC (some can be well hidden without your knowledge and will steal account logins even when you change them.)
2) Change your FFXIV password IMMEDIATELY (after making sure there's no virus installed on your PC.)
3) Register a two-step authenticator from the Mogstation.
4) Never log into your account on public or unprotected networks.
5) Never click on any links in emails that look suspicious - links from Square Enix will usually contain sqex.to or secure.square-enix.com, always double check any link before clicking them and when you do check before logging in that the page you are directed to is a legitimate Square Enix site.
6) Never copy/paste links in the game into a browser that you don't trust.
