Billing error question

I woke up this morning to see that steam had declined my payment(my fault, did not put new card on there) but when I went to just manually renew my sub instead, I am met with this error? Is there anything i can do to fix this? should i just re purchase the auto sub on steam? or just wait? I cant access my additional options like this either. Thank you.
The Square Enix Account Management System is currently processing upcoming service fees for billing.
During this period, you will not be able to do any of the following:

- Add/Change Subscriptions
- Retainer Service
- Companion App
- Update Payment Method
- Add PlayStation®5 | PlayStation®4 License
- Add Windows® License
- Add Mac License
- Add Game Time Card
- Cancel Subscription
- Cancel Service Account
- Cancel Square Enix Account

These actions will become possible once again after the billing processes have completed.
