Not that I know of. It's worth noting that the way the Encyclopaedia Eorzea is laid out, it would probably be a bit of trouble to digitize. Artbooks (which are basically just a collection of images) work better in electronic format than something with multiple columns of text per page (which tends to give e-readers fits); an artbook, you can just do a high-rez scan of each page, but with something like the Encyclopedia Eorzea, you need to be able to search the text (so it needs to actually have text content), but e-readers don't usually handle multiple-column-of-text layout well. And only some e-reader software copes well with
So it would be less a 'digitize this' process like the artbooks, versus a 'recreate an entire new publication with the same content, but reworked and reformatted to work in an e-reader environment.' Thus, probably a far more lengthy and involved process.
But I agree, I do wish they had the encyclopaedia in some sort of digital form; I own the books, and love flipping through them, but being able to provide a link to lore-details for people in the FC when discussing lore would be really nice.
(Until then, I will just write goofy, slightly-snarkastic -- snarky/sarcastic simultaneously -- 'class notes' or 'essays' on lore, as authored by some student at the Sharlayan Studium, and then share those to my FC mates who ask lore questions.)
