I purchased a character name change earlier today. Everytime I try and change the character name, it says "A name change is required to log in with this character." even though I am trying to change the name.
This is preventing me from logging on to the character.
Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

Did you find the fantasia potion in the mailbox and then consume the potion? I had to do this earlier, then I had the options in the menu.

Mine's just gone through. Keep persevering. I made another character on another world, then suddenly it worked...maybe just a coincidence.
