Should be the Sea of Clouds Day Theme, "Lost in the Clouds".
I just watched the cutscene in question in the Unending Journey, and curiously there is no music in that scene whatsoever, probably due to Count Edmont's narration. Are you sure you're remembering right?
If it's immediately after the cutscene when you regain control after stepping foot off the airship, the music is the standard Ishgardian HW hamlet theme Shelter by Masayoshi Soken which plays by default in Camp Cloudtop, but other than that, I have no idea specifically what other theme it could be I'm sorry. :(
