A suggestion if you have not been able to find people to play on PS4. You could download discord on your phone and use discord while playing on console to chat with PC friends. Alot of FC's have discords for this reason. Hope ya do find people to play with, games are always better with friends. :)

Some friend send to you www.google.com on privet mesage then you open it thru the privet mesage and you have browse tap in Google discord then open discord Sitę and login to discord :)
