Hydatos final quest portal not appearing

Not sure if this is the right place to post this so apologies if not.

A while ago I finished leveling to 60 in Eureka Hydatos and did the quests but had to stop for some reason or another. I am trying to go back to finish it to unlock BA and I am up to the part where you enter the Headquarters Entrance at the Aetherbridge Foundation using the portal/entrance thingy. This is not available for me to use though.

It seems the lvl 51 quest has turned off? Like there is meant to be 3 beams of light towards the headquarters and the lvl 57 and 54 beams are there but the lvl 51 beam is not.

Please help
