So I can make very unique attire with some help of SE. I want to be able to choose from coats to underneath shirts or even buttons on my glamour with what kind of dye I would like to place it as. Possible or not? Pretty please? Or silly idea?

Good idea, and not the first time it's been requested, but it's likely not possible with the current glamour system. The best you can currently do is see if the piece of gear you like is available under different names because the items will have different dyeable sections even though they look the same.
When Yoshi-P was asked about it at the 2016 Fanfest, he joked that they'd need the power of the Playstation 5 to do it.
While I think he might be deflecting or exaggerating.... ESO manages to let you dye different parts of gear independently. Though I do think they have far fewer gear options there than we do here. Plus implementation for existing gear would be a pretty monumental task.
At this point I'd just settle for the white parts of items not turning pink when I apply a red dye.
This happens in ESO as well, more so after Graymore released. Can't count how many heavy or light armor items I dyed one color to it come out a very different color instead.
A mixture Light and Medium Armor with Void Black and Archmage Blue (which turns out Gray) colors and standard Undaunted Bronze (which became light gold) for belt buckle.

Mix of Heavy and Light Armor using Lycanthropy Gray (which changes different colors on arms and hands / legs and feet / buckle and nearly pitch black on the non metal parts of body and legs) and Archmage Blue (which turns into a sky blue)

While here, at least there is a closer match. At least the pure white matches closer to the SMN arms. Sure, I wish the buckle could be dyed to match the rest, but it is a minor detail I can survive through.

I would say, that ESO's option to mix and match different armor types; I.E: Heavy, medium and light armors (you have X class and Y class, want X class gear for Y class, need to have both X & Y at certain level or X at level and Y higher level) is far more a better idea to suggest while pushing for a more open and thought out dye system, something like an actual color wheel we can add on to with a larger selection of areas (dying chains, rings and emblems, etc attached to gear.) versus ESO's three tone dye system.
