Suggestion: Gold Saucer Housing Minigames Change

Just a possible minor request, but would it be possible to change the Gold Saucer minigame housing items to be usable by everyone, or have an option to toggle the items as such? As it stands right now, the only people who can activate them are the housing owner and the 3 tenants. It would be a lot more enjoyable if you could set those minigames to be usable by anyone so you could have a little casino or arcade in your house since its otherwise impossible to have many other people use them currently.
