Website confusion.

I can’t figure out where to log in for each and every feature for the game. For my account it’s one website, to buy upgrades it’s another method of logging in…. For a sub it’s another.

Then to top that off there are 3 places to log in and figuring out when, where, and how is more confusing.

My password and id work on some of the sites but not the others and I’m responsible for figuring out which site I’m supposed to log into. Nothing tells me why my password doesn’t work etc….

I don’t even know how many total places there are to get logged in.

I found the site to buy the game, I still can’t figure out where to set up a sub. I don’t even know how I got set up on the forums or how to switch to my main toon.

I’d like to think I’m tech savvy ish… but trying to pay for this game has me feeling like my grandma back in 1995. What a mouse let alone a webpage….

Is there someway that the websites, third party companies, external websites, and all the other 20 log in pages can be consolidated into a one stop shop? I know this might not be possible but maybe a splash page that will explain that we are required to use specific sites and based on platform where we need to go? Seriously I bought the game and am not certain I’ll be able to sub. With so many options is my data safe?

Honestly that’s my only real issue with the game.

For North America, use this link https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/product/ and select 'mogstation' at the bottom (click in the area that says "Mogstation"). You will have to log in with the username and password you use to log onto the game. Click on 'Your Account' and look under the subscription area and do as needed.

The link to Mogstation is the only place you really need to go for most everything (including linking to shop for Optional Items). Getting there is the first step for doing anything on your account, from purchasing a license for additional platforms to setting up a subscription to adding retainers to your account.

You could also just type 'mogstation' in your search bar. The top link on Bing is 'secure.square-enix.com/......'

Yep but then I can’t log in there, so I have to click a link at login, go to that page to log in, then back to log… but then when I go to pay for the sub, I have to relog on another link… round and round.

I appreciate the help, hopefully I can get this figured out tonight when I get back home. I really like the game and want to keep playing as a paid customer.
