I’m not here trying to recruit anyone, I’m just generally curious. What recruitment methods do you or the FC you are apart of use to gain new members? Also, do you have any issues with retainment of those new members?
I’ll share my method to get the ball rolling. I’ve recruited all my FC mates through my Twitter pals. It has worked out quite well. There are some Clichy groups of people, but almost everyone gets along very well. Minus some occasional drama. However, my method has been mostly pulling from new users to the game. Which causes some issues with retainment for me. I would say about 30-40% of them don’t make it through ARR and quit the game.
