I must be missing something but I have ran Lord of the Inferno(Use Duty Finder to run Bowl of Embers) two times but it is not giving me the ability to complete the mission. Still telling me use the duty finder to run it. Any help please?

That's not a dungeon at all but a trial battle - think 'boss fight' that requires a party. In the Duty Finder, instead of looking under 'Dungeons - A Realm Reborn', look under 'Trials - A Realm Reborn', you should find the Bowl of Embers in there.
