1. Go to Golden Saucer and go to Chocobo race area.
2. Race Chocobo registrar tells you to go to Bentbranch Meadows and retrieve a chocobo certificate.
3. Receive the chocobo certificate from Bentbranch Meadows
4. Return to Golden saucer and talk to Race Chocobo trainer
5. Inventory auto opens and certificate is selectable, but no actions are available with it.

Forgive me, the pictures are not in order. It's me arriving at the trainer, interacting with her and her asking for the certs, then my menu opening, and me selecting the certificate, but having nowhere to drop it.


Never mind, there is a second menu I never knew existed and I found it....
