Struggling with seizures despite turning off accessibility settings

This is intended as feedback more than a bug report. I realize the game can't accommodate everything. I have turned off the effects for myself, players in my party, and NPCs, but I am still seeing a lot of flashing lights when I play dungeons, both from the spells cast and from the dungeons themselves. Two examples. When I try the spells out outside of the dungeons, two of the spells I have as an Au Ra Summoner at level 55 produce flashing lights despite having these settings turned off (sorry can't remember which two). As another example, in the Haukke Hard dungeon, which I did for the first time today, you activate an orb, and then the dungeon itself begins to strobe. I realize I'm fairly sensitive to this, beyond the usual migraine user because of my frequent seizures, but I'm having problems with having a seizure every single time I play a dungeon in FF14 as I get to higher levels.

I thought you might want to know that the accommodation settings aren't working. I also wanted you to know how completely thoroughly I love this game! It has an amazing story, and the world building is extremely rich. It was completely worth playing these four months, even if I have to stop now. I'm so sorry I probably won't be able to renew my subscription and continue on past level 60, but I would have loved to very much and if it ever seems possible I probably will.
