Also, is this an orchestrion I can get in game or on the mogstation?

The drop down list in the link provides the names. Regarding whether it's available in game via the orchestra, you would have to check.

It's Emil (Despair). You should be able to find it cheap on the MB if you aren't lucky winning the roll for it.
