a Question

i just came back to the game this month so i have a questions! hope you can help me with some advises :)

so i would like to ask which is the best tank in the game so far? i mean i would like to level paladin but most of the videos on youtube i see warriors tanking so should i level warrior or keep on paladin?

From what I've been reading, most people prefer to have a warrior over a paladin in a party when they're looking for tanks. I've been leveling both so it's really what you personally like.

PLD as released in 1.21 is weaker than WAR in almost every way, though they do have additional utility that WARs lack. This has been mitigated somewhat with the improvement to Block in 1.22. In 1.22b (couple weeks away?), there will be further job balance adjustments, including nerfs to WAR's Steel Cyclone and buffs to PLD's HP and damage. (link)

So long story short is pick the one that interests you the most?

I'd say for the next few weeks, use WAR as your main tank, and after 1.22a, see how it goes with PLD.

WAR is the best tank , soon nerfed.
PLD is the next best tank , soon fixed.

Do you know if end-game stuff will be balanced soon? From what I am reading, you need to be BLM to explore end game content.
