Suggestion: Craftable racing chocobo memorabilia

Hello everyone,

So I have gotten quite into chocobo racing and breeding, to the point where half of my bags currently are chocobo registrations and retirement forms. This is forcing me to make a difficult choice that I do not want to make. Who do I start deleting?

Racing chocobos are a character I spent time with, had a hand in shaping, and later potentially sired my new generation, so it feels really bad to just discard my retired chocobo forms once they are no longer useful to breeding.

What I am suggesting is that retired chocobo registrations should become a crafting item that let's you create a piece of wall art or small statuette to display in an apartment or house. The piece of art only needs to display an image of the coloration of the racing chocobo and attached name. Pedigree or stats on mouseover would be cool too, but not strictly nessisary.

I want to be able to display my racing chocobo lineage in my home. From an art direction and backend standpoint, I would think this would actually be a small amount of work, as chocobos are already modelled in the game, and crafted items already have the ability to have names attached in the description. But that is just a guess based on past experience in game design.

It would also create a new reason outside of mgp farming to race chocobos. If coloration of displays were locked to the coloration of the chocobo, unable to be dyed, this could increase breeding and racing. I know I would end up racing chocobos just to retire certain colors if that was the case.

TL/DR: I would like retired chocobo registrations to become an item used to make decorative items for housing, as a remembrance to my chocobos that I spent hours racing.
