Can't Unlock Rival Wings

Im trying to unlock Rival Wings to do it for my Wondrous Tails. But when I go to Wolves Den there is no quest there for "Earning Your Wings" which is what is required. So I looked it up and it says that I need to complete "A Pup No Longer" to be able to do "Earn Your Wings" The problem is, I have already done "A Pup No Longer", but I did it under Maelstrom and I am now a part of Immortal Flames. Does anyone know if the solution to this is just switching back to Maelstrom or am I screwed now.
