Yes. On the mog station you can "Add Game Time Card" and it will extend your current subscription.

One thing of note, as this happened to me.
Adding the game time card did extend the current subscription, but it did also turned off the reoccurring subscription tied to my CC, so when I did finally run out of time, I had to re-enable the reoccurring plan manually in the Mogstation.
It had also turned off the extra retainers and app additions, requiring me to turn those back on also.
