ticket 571890: I still can't login 4 days after i bought the game
regarding call : 571890
Last tuesday (20 juli) I made a 2nd Square Enix account for my brother to play FF14 with me.
Creating the account was no problem and I could buy the FF14 package without problem
Then I started to try to login to the Mog station to register the game code.
I tried logging in with the 2nd SE account (using the correct ID and not the email ofcourse) but all day long it won't accept the account
Today, saterday 24 juli I still didn't get any update about my ticket
So I made another account using that mog station and it finally worked...(not there yet, other problem occured)
For that account I used the code I got from the SE website and it accepted that
I have a 30 day free with that account so I tried to login....got the error I got subscription even though the mog station said i had 30
Ok f-it ,let's make a standard 30 day subscription
Everything seems to go good, so after that I tried to login to the game
still "This service account does not have a valid FINAL FANTASY XIV license for this platform or your subscription has expired.
To register a license....."
Can someone help me ?
bought the game 4 days ago and I still can't play it..
