"An Error has occurred, Please log in again" PS4/PS5
Since patch 5.58 when I start up the game on my PS5 and try to log in I am greeted by the message "An Error has occurred, Please log in again" I have tried logging in multiple times since this message appeared on the 20th July 2021, sometimes even leaving several hours between attempts. I am unsure what could be causing this as i can still log into the Forums, Lodestone and Mogstation with my account but am unable to get past the Login on the game launcher.
I have tried Uninstalling the Game and doing a fresh reinstall of both the PS4 and PS5 versions, both meet the same Message when entering ID and Password and pressing Login.
I have also tried Port Forwarding my PS5 and even completely disabling my Router's Firewall but this does't change the out come.
I am also not the only member of my house hold playing Final Fantasy XIV as my brother has a console set up and has no issues logging into his account from his console. We are both using Wired connections and have been playing together for well over 5-6months without issue. I have even successfully logged into my account on his PS5 but cannot from my own!
Hopefully you can help me with this issue as I have tried to submit a ticket only to be greeted by a "service is currently unavailable" message
