Preferred servers

Hey, I want to create a new character, but couldn't find a preferred server to join.
Will a preferred server be available soon in EU DS?

Preferred status is intended to motivate people to create characters on servers with the lowest active population.

The game has seen a massive influx of new and returning players recently so Preferred status was removed from all EU and NA servers in the patch the other day. It most likely won't be reviewed for months and when it is, the new expansion will release and the game will be even more congested.
